Lake Ingalls

Snoqualmie Region

updated 2 days ago

As of June 25, 2026, Lake Ingalls is partially ice-covered with stunning wildflower displays and lush, green trails. The road to the trailhead (NF-9737) is in excellent condition, but parking can fill, and a National Forest Pass is required.

Lingering snow patches exist, particularly in the upper basin and leading to the lake, with some reports noting snow bridges that require caution. While most recent reports indicate the trail is navigable with good boots and poles, one report from June 21 strongly advises against the trail due to dangerous snow slopes, rock scrambling, and poor trail definition past Ingalls Pass. Wildlife sightings, including goats, are common. Water is generally available for filtering, though bugs are present.
