As of March 22nd, West Tiger 3 conditions are mixed. Expect significant snowpack, with reports indicating up to 2 feet at the summit and needing microspikes or gaiters on upper sections. Some reports from March 14th mention 18 inches of snow with slush and mud lower down. Several downed trees are present but generally passable. The Cable Line trail can be very muddy and slippery, particularly near the trailhead. Parking can be competitive; one report on March 22nd noted cars parked along the road due to a nearly full lot. Be aware of "tree bombs" (falling snow and branches) due to warming temperatures. The road to the parking lot was closed on March 12th.
