As of December 30, 2025, Beckler Peak is inaccessible due to severe damage and closures on Forest Road 6066. Reports from late December indicate the road is impassable for vehicles, requiring an 11km walk or off-road motorcycle to reach the trailhead. Significant debris, including downed trees, further obstructs passage.
Earlier reports from November (e.g., November 21) noted the NF-66 road was clear, with some snow beginning to appear on the trail around 2900ft by November 30. However, these conditions are now superseded by the reported road damage.
