As of early to mid-May 2025, Cashmere Canyons Preserve is experiencing peak wildflower bloom, particularly balsamroot and lupine, with varied species noted across different elevations. Trails are in great shape, offering excellent views.
Parking is available in a main lot and an extended field lot across the street; the main lot can fill by mid-morning. Vault toilets are present. Hikers reported seeing several non-rattlesnakes and deer. One report from May 9, 2025, mentioned a rattlesnake. No snow is indicated on the trails. Current conditions in February 2026 are unknown based on these reports.
