Deception Pass State Park - Goose Rock
Puget Sound and Islands
As of May 10, 2026, Goose Rock trails are clear and blooming with wildflowers. Reports from April 10th and February 22nd indicate some initial trail marking confusion near beaches, with a risk of straying onto narrow, dangerous paths. Parking can be busy, particularly at North Beach on weekends and holidays, but the trails themselves offer solitude. Several hikers noted that summit views are excellent. No snow or significant obstacles have been reported.
