The Eastside Trail is largely snow-free as of September 17. However, a significant hazard exists with a collapsed and upside-down bridge located south of Stafford Falls, described as slick and hazardous as of September 17. This bridge caused one person to slip and fall. The road to the trailhead is suitable for all vehicles, and bugs have not been reported as an issue in recent reports dating back to June 29. Wildflowers were noted in bloom on June 29.
