The High Point Trail on Tiger Mountain is currently snow-free and suitable for all vehicles. Reports from September 5 and September 9 indicate minor trail obstacles pose few problems. However, one report from September 5 noted that the Bootleg trail, which can be part of a loop including High Point, became very overgrown and its path was nearly non-existent at a power line crossing. This section eventually improved, but potential hikers should be aware of this possibility. Parking was not an issue on a weekday morning around 10 am as of September 9.
