What is the road access like to Sunrise?

What about wildlife sightings?

Mountain goats have been reported near Skyscraper Pass. On [July 23](https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/trip-reports/trip_report-2026-07-26.081319716345), a band of 30 was seen just beyond the pass, and on [July 17](https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/trip-reports/trip_report-2026-07-18.153449650636), a dozen or so arrived at the pass. Marmots were also seen on July 17, with one lingering near hikers at Skyscraper Pass.
