Bandera Mountain

Snoqualmie Region

updated 6 days ago

As of May 5, 2026, the trail to Little Bandera is generally snow-free and in good condition. However, the route to the actual Bandera peak still has snow, making it difficult to follow the trail and requiring caution. Reports from April 10 and April 18 indicate deeper snow and postholing, suggesting gear like microspikes or snowshoes might have been necessary then. Parking can be very full, even early in the morning, with overflow parking extending down the road. Road access is good. Be aware of potential navigation challenges where snow covers the boot path to the true summit.
